Returns & Refund Policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Only in specific situations products are eligible for return and replacements. There are some items that are made-to-order that are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for each product is clearly stated on the designer page and may be found in the shipping and returns section of the product display page. 

Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement (if eligible) or returned for store credit, provided they meet our terms and conditions herein.

Any request for return / exchange must be placed by you within 24 hours of delivery by email. We will not consider Returns and Exchanges made via telephonic calls or Instagram messages. Return Intimation: You can either call our Support Number +91 9230619702 or Email Us at support@coralconcept.in  within 2 days from the date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.

Store credits issued on refund will be eligible for a period of 6 months from us issuing it. The credits are a one time use code and can be part applied. The same will not be eligible to be used in store and will be eligible for the website only. 

Products will be considered for exchange only if it is unused and with all tags still attached, unused, unwashed, free of odour/smell of perfume or deodorant and in a saleable condition. Products that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to You. 

If the shipping address is incorrect, incomplete, or if delivery fails 3 times, refunds and exchanges aren't possible.

Returns and exchanges if eligible are only allowed in case of clothing and apparel and shoes and doesn’t apply to jewellery, and or accessories. 

Shipping charges for sending the product to Us will be borne by You in case of exchange and returns. (International). 

Promotional/ Discounted product(s) cannot be cancelled/returned/exchanged.

In case of any force majeure events, returns and exchanges will not apply. 

  • Return & Exchange will be processed only in very select circumstances if: 

    • In case of defective product received: Only product image is required;

    • In case of Wrong product received: Product images required;

    • In case of Incomplete order received: Both product & Tag image is required.

Requisites for refund:

  • Product is out of stock and we are unable to fulfill the order. 

  • In case of Wrong product received: Product images required;

  • In case of Incomplete order received: Both product & Tag image is required.

  • We do not return or exchange products for international shipping

  • During an ongoing sale, we do not carry out Product exchanges. 

  • We will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Coral Concept store would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the customer;

  • Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products or damaged products are received by the customer. However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny;

CANCELLATION
Please note once the order is placed, it is not eligible for cancellation. 

REFUNDS
Refunds, if any, only in the form of store credit, will be processed within 7 working days once it passes a thorough quality check of the returned article- subject to the article being eligible for returns. 


There will be no refunds on discounted items or when a coupon code or discount has been applied to an order unless specifically specified on the product information page.
