How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your desired piece, choose the size, and proceed to checkout. You may sign in or continue as a guest - though creating an account allows you to track orders and enjoy a smoother shopping experience.
Can I modify or cancel my order once it’s placed?
We begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely dispatch. If you need to make a change, please contact our customer care team within 1-2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. After that we won’t be able to cancel the order.
What are your delivery timelines?
For ready-to-ship pieces, delivery within India typically takes 5–7 business days.
For made-to-order or bespoke styles, please allow 15–20 business days, depending on the designer and level of customisation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are borne by the recipient.
Is shipping complimentary?
We offer complimentary shipping within India on orders above a set value of 5000. For orders below that threshold, or for international deliveries, standard shipping charges apply.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp update with your tracking details. You can also log in to your account and view live tracking under ‘My Orders’.
What is your return or exchange policy?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item passes our quality check. The amount is credited to your original payment method.
How do I select my size?
Every product page includes a detailed size chart and fit notes. For personalised guidance, our in-house stylists are happy to assist you with sizing and fit recommendations.
Are all your products authentic?
Absolutely. Every piece at Coral Concept is sourced directly from designers and authorised ateliers. We guarantee 100% authenticity on all our products.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, UPI, wallets, and bank transfers.
Do you offer personal styling services?
Yes, our experienced stylists offer complimentary consultations for trousseau planning, festive edits, and occasion styling. You can book an appointment online or visit our store for a personalized experience.
Can I place a bespoke or made-to-measure order?
Yes, we specialise in made-to-order and custom fits across select designers. Our team will assist you with design, measurements, and lead times before confirming your order.
